Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using SondMe ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not use the Service.

About the Operator

SondMe is operated as a sole proprietorship registered in Portugal. These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and SondMe.

Description of Service

SondMe is a music streaming service that provides access to AI-generated music through personalized radio-style stations.

Listen to AI-generated music tracks
Create and customize music stations
Access personalized recommendations
Subscribe to premium features

Account Registration

To use certain features of the Service, you must create an account. When creating an account, you agree to:

Provide accurate and complete information
Maintain the security of your account
Update your information if it changes
Accept responsibility for all account activities
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or engage in fraudulent activity.

Subscriptions & Payments

Plans & Billing

  • We offer both free and paid subscription plans with varying features
  • Paid subscriptions are billed monthly in advance via Stripe
  • By subscribing, you authorize recurring charges to your payment method

Cancellation

  • Cancel anytime through your account settings
  • Access continues until the end of your current billing period
  • No charges for subsequent billing periods after cancellation

Refunds

Subscription fees are generally non-refundable. However, we may provide refunds at our discretion for:

  • Technical issues preventing access to the Service
  • Duplicate charges or billing errors

Request refunds within 14 days at support@sondme.com

Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

Use the Service for illegal purposes
Attempt unauthorized access
Interfere with or disrupt the Service
Circumvent security measures
Use bots or scrapers without permission
Redistribute content without authorization
Create multiple accounts to abuse limits
Share your account credentials

Intellectual Property

Service Content

The Service, including its design, features, and functionality, is owned by SondMe and protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

AI-Generated Music

Music on SondMe is generated using artificial intelligence. Tracks are provided for personal, non-commercial listening through the Service only. You may not:

  • Download or copy music for offline use outside the Service
  • Use music in your own productions without authorization
  • Claim ownership of AI-generated content
  • Redistribute or commercially exploit the music

Your Content

You retain ownership of content you create (station configurations, preferences). By using the Service, you grant us a license to use this content as necessary to provide and improve the Service.

Privacy

Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which describes how we collect, use, and protect your personal information.

Important Notice

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED OR ERROR-FREE.

We do not guarantee that the Service will meet your requirements. AI-generated music may vary in quality and style.

Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, SONDME SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR USE.

Our total liability for any claims arising from your use of the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid to us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

Termination

We May Terminate

We may suspend or terminate your account immediately, without notice, if you breach these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately.

You may delete your account at any time by contacting us at support@sondme.com.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Portugal.

Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Portuguese courts.

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will provide notice of material changes by updating the "Last updated" date. Your continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.
